Culture Venture’s founder and director Toni Attard will be leading workshops and mentoring 15 arts leaders from rising cultural institutions in Armenia as part of the Artbox Hub programme by Creative Armenia. Participants come from all backgrounds and work in different art fields, but are united in their pursuit of creative and entrepreneurial spirit and of making the cultural landscape in Armenia more exciting.
Artbox Hub is an online acceleration program that provides a comprehensive package of strategic support to cultural institutions and spaces across disciplines in Armenia and guides them in developing their strategy, audience engagement, and revenue streams to become accessible and exciting creative hubs.
Inspired by innovative methods in business and tech, Artbox Hub is a reinvention of the accelerator model for the art world — a dynamic entrepreneurial system that supports cultural institutions in developing their strategy, programming, and promotion to become exciting cultural centres and reach broader audiences in Armenia and the world.
Over the course of an 8-week program from June to July of 2023, the selected institutions and spaces will receive:
Workshops & Trainings during which they will meet and learn from representatives of leading cultural institutions from across the world and art fields.
Strategic Consulting with the help of which they will develop their plan and strategy needed to rejuvenate their spaces and become exciting and accessible hubs for their communities.
Acceleration Grant by which the institutions with the best proposals and strategies will receive an Artbox grant to bring their plan of cultural hub to life.
