Culture At Work Unconference

Culture Venture was proud to serve as a strategic partner for MEIA’s Culture At Work Unconference, and congratulates MEIA for the work and leadership invested in making this edition a success.

Culture Venture led The Creative Economy: Whose economy? Whose future? at the Malta Chamber, bringing together international and local contributors to reflect on the future of cultural and creative ecosystems. This panel included:

Across the programme, Graziella Vella contributed to Let’s Talk Fair Pay in the Performing Arts at Theatre Next Door, Prof. Valerie Visanich joined the AI and Creativity panel at Teatru Salesjan, and Toni Attard spoke on Philanthropy and Alternative Financial Support to Public Funding, examining new ways to sustain cultural work.

Hosted between the 19th and 21st November 2025, across multiple venues and many ongoing conversations, the unconference underlined the value of collaboration, reflection, and bold thinking in shaping the sector’s future.
