Vision to Venture – Malta Crafts Foundation

Culture Venture is supporting Malta Crafts Foundation’s Vision to Venture,  a three-part, hands-on programme designed to help artisans and creatives turn ideas into clear, actionable business plans.

Led by Toni Attard, the sessions cover vision and mission development, core values, asset mapping, and tailored business models for sustainable growth. Alongside group work, participants also received dedicated one-to-one mentoring to refine their plans.

Held as part of SME Week at the Malta Crafts Foundation in Ta’ Qali, the programme equips makers with SMART objectives, practical action plans, and guidance on funding and support opportunities through key national entities.
