Culture Venture is seeking a part-time assistant to join the next phase of the company.

About us

Culture Venture is a leading Malta based company specialised in international advisory services for the cultural and creative sectors. We provide consultancy and conduct research for a vast portfolio of local and international clients. We also deliver training programmes in cultural management and leadership and engage in the creation of artistic productions.

The role

The Assistant will support in the following duties:

  1. Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company.  
  2. Update content of website and social media platforms.
  3. Coordinate scheduling of meetings and planning of events.
  4. Liaise with clients.
  5. Assist the CEO.   

Working hours

The Assistant will be engaged for 20hrs, delivered with a degree of flexibility. The role will initially entail remote working with the eventual possibility of office-based work in Malta.

Requirements

This role is ideal for someone starting a career in arts and cultural management; however, we would consider applications from any individual who shares our passion and drive for arts and culture, with the necessary skills and experience to provide efficient and professional delivery.
