The EU4PAR project engaged Toni Attard Director and Founder of Culture Venture and Philippe Kern, Founder and Managing Director of KEA as two Senior Non-Key Experts to support the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine (MCU) in advising on improving policy-making processes in the ministry and help finalizing reorganization of the ministry. The objective of the assignment was to assist MCU in completing reorganization in line with Government regulation.
